The full growth function — strategy, copy, design, AI engineering — run by one senior operator. For founders building toward their first €1M ARR, and CMOs scaling B2B SaaS past it.
Seven years operating across digital education, B2B SaaS, online coaching, and consumer products. An operator who learned the work by doing it in the field — not from Reels and internet marketing books.
Based in Lisbon. Operating across EU, UK, US. Previously Founding Marketer at Octo Funnels (formerly Meta Funnels) — built the entire growth function as the first marketing hire and scaled the company from €0 to €1M ARR in under 24 months as the sole growth operator.
Before that, three years as an independent growth consultant across 30+ digital products. Now building growth systems for B2B SaaS and EdTech companies moving toward their first €1M ARR or scaling beyond it — strategy, copy, design, and AI engineering, all in one role.
I work at two clear stages of growth — both with the same operating system, but very different pressure points. The "no marketing team yet" stage, and the "AI without inflating headcount" stage. Pick the one that sounds like you.
The "no marketing team yet" stage. You have product, traction, and a clear hypothesis on who buys — but acquisition is one founder doing everything between investor meetings. I plug in as the first growth operator, build the funnel, ship the first €100K MRR — then help you hire the in-house team that takes it forward.
The "AI without inflating headcount" stage. You have a team, channels, and process — but the board froze hiring and you need to grow anyway. I plug in as fractional growth lead, install AI systems that compound your existing performance — without growing the org chart.
Growth used to take a team of four — strategist, copywriter, designer, automation engineer. AI made it one role, if the operator has real track record in each layer. AI doesn't fix mediocrity. It amplifies what's already there.
Most growth strategists can't ship. They write decks and hand them off — and watch execution drift away from the plan. With AI, they write more decks, faster.
I built funnels that generated €100M+ in client revenue across 60+ products. I know what survives contact with a real ad account, a real buyer, a real conversion path. That's the input AI amplifies.
Most copywriters write what sounds good. AI lets them write what sounds good at scale. The page reads beautifully — and doesn't convert.
I've written, tested, and shipped copy across €350K+ in cold paid traffic. I know which sentence loses the visitor on scroll three. That's what gets amplified.
Most designers make posters — beautiful images that walk away from the conversion question. With AI, more posters, faster. Gorgeous and inert.
I art-direct from the conversion brief, not from the moodboard. Which frame earns the next click. Which one loses the reader on first impression.
Most automation engineers build pipelines and walk away from what should flow through them. With AI, they ship more pipelines — around funnels that don't sell.
I build automation the funnel needs — not automation for its own sake. Which step is worth automating. Which one is a copy problem disguised as workflow.
DACH coaching company with international audience. Strategic partner to the CMO on growth and AI — full ownership from concept to execution across funnels, ads, copy, landing pages, email, and social. Integrated AI workflows for personalization, efficiency, and conversion across the entire customer journey.
B2B SaaS platform serving the digital education and coaching market — AI-powered funnel builder. First marketing hire, sole growth operator from launch through €1M ARR. End-to-end ownership: paid media, content, lifecycle, onboarding, conversion. Transitioned out of operations Nov 2025; platform remains active.
Independent growth practice serving digital education, online coaching, and consumer products. Focus on funnel strategy, product launches, and revenue scaling through paid acquisition and conversion optimization. Multiple clients continued scaling independently after engagement handover.
Same toolkit, used in production every day. Not a list of brands I've heard of — these are tools wired into client stacks running revenue right now.
I don't start with ideas. I start with the current reality of the business: processes, funnel, channels, team, data, and constraints. Then I map the growth points most likely to move profit, conversion, and efficiency. Tasks are prioritized by impact, speed, and team capacity. Execution happens step by step or in parallel — wherever results can appear fastest, while preserving brand voice, company values, and customer experience.
I unpack how the growth system works today — acquisition, funnel, CRM, content, analytics, team, AI workflows, and manual work. The goal is to see the real constraints behind the symptoms.
I build a map of growth levers: where leads are lost, where conversion drops, which processes AI can strengthen, which messages miss the audience, and which channels are underused. The focus is revenue impact, not interesting activity.
I rank tasks by profit impact, implementation complexity, and speed to signal. The first moves are the ones that create the most leverage with the least operational drag on the team.
Execution can run sequentially or in parallel: copy, landing pages, AI workflows, ad hypotheses, CRM logic, analytics, and processes. We keep the brand voice and values intact while removing what blocks growth.
My main focus is B2B SaaS and EdTech — that's where the methodology, the data, and the track record are densest. But the model travels: if the buyer journey looks like B2B SaaS, I selectively take it on. And there's a clear list of categories I never work with.
Selected feedback from a recent Performance Marketing engagement at Erschaffe dich neu (DACH coaching, B2C). A formal LinkedIn recommendation from the CMO — plus raw WhatsApp moments from the team while the funnel was live.

MQL → close rate 3× higher than the old page. Revenue per visitor doubled.
Conversion at ~NDA%, but on cash: 2× booked revenue and closed cash per visitor (€NDA BR, €NDA CC). MQL→close 3× higher than the old page (NDA%).
Valerii built this page. It went live everywhere today.
We improved funnel conversion. For him there was never a "that's not possible."
Valerii showed a lot of initiative and delivered projects fast — but also put himself into the target audience to write strong copy. With his way of building pages, we were able to improve funnel conversion.
With his strong AI skills he could implement every one of our wishes on the landing page.
Lead came in through your new funnel. 🔥🔥
Short, direct answers to questions that come up before every engagement. If your question isn't here — send a task instead.
And yes, I know you're tired of loud promises. Every second person says they're an expert in automation, growth, AI, and everything else. Then they turn out to be empty noise — and you lose time, money, and end up explaining the same thing over and over again.
So instead of words, I offer action. Tell me briefly about your company and send me one real task from your project. If I like what you're building, I'll do that task for free so you can see the difference from other candidates for this role.
