I don't start with ideas. I start with the current reality of the business: processes, funnel, channels, team, data, and constraints. Then I map the growth points most likely to move profit, conversion, and efficiency. Tasks are prioritized by impact, speed, and team capacity. Execution happens step by step or in parallel — wherever results can appear fastest, while preserving brand voice, company values, and customer experience.

I unpack how the growth system works today — acquisition, funnel, CRM, content, analytics, team, AI workflows, and manual work. The goal is to see the real constraints behind the symptoms.

I build a map of growth levers: where leads are lost, where conversion drops, which processes AI can strengthen, which messages miss the audience, and which channels are underused. The focus is revenue impact, not interesting activity.

Prioritize

I rank tasks by profit impact, implementation complexity, and speed to signal. The first moves are the ones that create the most leverage with the least operational drag on the team.

Implement

Execution can run sequentially or in parallel: copy, landing pages, AI workflows, ad hypotheses, CRM logic, analytics, and processes. We keep the brand voice and values intact while removing what blocks growth.

Do you take equity-only deals?

No. Cash or cash plus equity. Equity-only deals consume time that should go to paying clients and rarely close at terms that work for either side.
