Built the entire growth function at Octo Funnels (formerly Meta Funnels) as the first marketing hire — and scaled the B2B SaaS from zero to first million in under 24 months as the sole growth operator.

The situation.

Octo Funnels had product, early traction, and a clear hypothesis on who buys. Acquisition was being run by the founders between investor meetings. No marketing team, no consistent funnel, no system.

What I built.

Growth function from zero: positioning, ICP definition, the first paid funnel, copy and design across every page, lead nurture, automation layer.

Channels: Meta and Google Ads as the primary acquisition stack, with content and email as the compounding layer.

Process: weekly testing cadence — copy, creative, audience, landing. Every losing test killed; every winning test scaled.

The outcome.

The company crossed €1M ARR in under 24 months — operated entirely by one growth person, with no agency, no SDR team, and no expansion in marketing headcount.

Then I helped hire the in-house team that took it forward — and rolled off after exit in 2025.
